Yearly Maintenance

Depending on your contract and needs with EAB, the segments and exports you build might need to be updated as terms close and new ones open.

Segments#

On the segments you build for Enroll360 or ALR, if you use active term, intended term, or application term, every year you will want to update the segments and remove the older inactive terms and add the new terms.

Exports#

On certain exports where you are exporting on applications, you might have additional export settings where you have filters than only export applications for certain terms. To edit these, you will need to stop your scheduled task, go to the Audience section, and edit the Export Settings at the bottom and remove the old terms and add the new terms.
