Applications are stored on the Person record in an array of objects. This model unwinds the applications array into rows.

JSON Keys for People Applications Object#

Key	Data type	Description
assigned_to	String	GUID of the user assigned to the Decision associated with the application.
board	Object	Object containing GUID of the board stage and Decision status that the Decision associated with the application is currently in.
campus	String	GUID of the application campus selected by the person.
cohorts	Array	Array of GUIDs of cohorts that the Decision associated with the application is associated with.
completed_at	String (Timestamp)	Timestamp when all required fields of the application were filled and the application was considered "complete".
concentration	String	GUID of the application concentration (major) selected by the person.
decision_released_at	String (Timestamp)	Timestamp when the Decision associated with the application was released to the person.
decision_synced_at	String (Timestamp)	Timestamp when the Decision associated with the application was last synced with the person record.
degree	String	GUID of the application degree selected by the person.
deposit_evaluation	Object	Object containing properties of the deposit evaluation that verified the deposit.
essay	String	Object containing properties about the essay submitted as part of the application.
final_decision_at	String (Timestamp)	Timestamp when the Decision associated with the application was moved to the "release" stage.
guid	String	GUID of the application "type", like "Undergraduate Application".
housing	String	GUID of the application housing status, usually indicating if the student will live on campus or not.
index_weight	Integer	Integer representing the application's position in it's parent array.
last_export	Object	Object containing info about the last document export created for the application.
last_login	String (Timestamp)	Timestamp when the person last logged into the application site.
log	Object	Object logging automated changes to application data made by workflows.
major	String	GUID of application major selected by the person.
major_second	String	GUID of the second application major selected by the person.
major_third	String	GUID of the third application major selected by the person.
minor	String	GUID of the application minor selected by the person.

payment	Object	Object containing properties of the payment submitted by the person as part of the application.
payment_evaluation	Object	Object containing properties of the payment evaluation that verified the payment.
plan_type	String	SIS
previously_applied	Boolean	Boolean indicating that the person has applied to the institution before.
registered_at	String (Timestamp)	Timestamp when the person completed the application registration for on the application site and created the application.
registration_id	String	Unique identifier for the application.
school	String	GUID of the application school or academic department.
sms_updates	Boolean	Boolean indicating that the person opts into SMS updates from the institution.
status	String	Application status, pre Decision. Includes "started", "completed", "submitted." Decision status picks up after that, app status remains "submitted".
student_type	String	Identifier for the student type of the applicant.
submission	Object	Object containing properties related to the application submission, based on the application submission form.
submitted_at	String (Timestamp)	Timestamp when the application was submitted.
tags	Object	Object of tag GUIDs
term	String	GUID of the term that the person is applying for.
updated_at	String (Timestamp)	Timestamp when the application was last updated.
