Updated Article

Campaign Files (EAB to Element451)#

To receive the Cultivate, Application, and Yield files, you will need to share the SFTP that Element451 creates for your institution to EAB. If you do not have the credentials for the SFTP, please reach out to live support in your Element451 instance to request them.

The credentials can be placed in the Box folder that EAB created or can be shared with your EAB contact for the project.
