Overview#

CBCA delivers documents in the same zip folder as the application file. When building the document import tasks, we are assuming you have already ran the application data files into Element451. The document import process is outlined in this help article (opens in a new tab).

Resources to Build Matching Rules#

The documents follow a generic naming pattern, for your matching rules you can follow this pattern:

[commonblackcollegeappid] *_<insert document type name>_*.PDF

Example: [commonblackcollegeappid] *_Official Transcript_*.PDF
