el_lookup_taxonomies
Several identifiers within Element451 are stored as "taxonomies", including Labels, Decision Cohorts, and Decision Statuses. In many cases, a primary taxonomy will be related to other taxonomies via a parent taxonomy.
This lookup resolves a Taxonomy GUID to it's name.
