Parchment is a tool to help students, institutions, and employers to request and receive documents. If you are wanting to bring the documents in from Parchment, this guide will help you get started building that process. Your institution must be on the Parchment Receive Premium level to receive documents with an index file via SFTP.
Parchment interface will let you add a SFTP connection. This is where you can add the SFTP Element451 hosts and provided you during the implementation phase. We recommend building a Parchment folder in your SFTP. You can generate a separate username and password with access to a specific folder within your Element451 instance.
There will be two assets, a data import task and a document import task. It is import to build a data import task in the event that a student has submitted documents but is not a record in your Element451 instance.
