Use this page as your first step when troubleshooting errors in the Integration Log during syncs between Element451 and Ethos.

• If the error is not listed below and appears to come from Ethos (this is the case for most errors), search for the error in Ellucian’s Customer Center: https://elluciansupport.service-now.com/customer_center
• If the error cannot be found there, or appears to be Element451-related, contact Live Support: How to Work with Live Support (Managed Integrations)

DOB Does Not Match

More Than One Possible Match (reviewRequired)

Name or DOB Does Not Match

Banner Errors

Cannot Access Protected Field in the Persons Resource

Curriculum Requires College, Level, Degree, Priority, and Term

Curriculum Invalid

Degree Not Found

Property [classRank] of class [class net.hedtech.banner.student.overall.PersonRelatedHighSchoolBase] with value [-1] is less than minimum value [1]

There is no ceeb for the institution. Ensure an institution with CEEB code ‘xxxx’ is listed on STVSBGI in Colleague. If no institution, please create one and notify Element451 support to resync with Banner

Updates to a Transfer Institution Are Not Supported

Colleague Errors

Address type ‘xxxx’ for address record ID '#######' is not valid

An email type cannot be duplicated for ‘xxxxx’, type ‘xxxx’

Emergency Contact cannot be null. It must be Yes or No for emergency contact name
